1. In accordance with the Polish law passed on 29 August 1997 regarding the protection of personal data, constituting implementation of the European Parliament’s and Council’s directive 95/46/WE of 24 October 1995 regarding the projection of individuals in respect to the processing of personal data and unhindered flow of said data, we hereby inform that our customers’ personal data is collected exclusively for the needs of the company “BENE” Katarzyna Łączyńska, and will not be made available to other parties unless this is essential for order completion. Specifically the provision of data to the company delivering a shipment is admissible. 2. In the case of customers paying via Dotpay.pl and Paypal, data related to the actual payments, i.e. credit card details and bank account number provided while making payment, is sent directly to Dotpay.pl or Paypal. Our Shop does not receive the above data, which guarantees transaction security for the buyer. 3. Data is processed exclusively for the purpose of completing orders. 4. E-mail messages containing advertising materials can only be sent to those customers who expressed their agreement for such during the registration process. 5. Payment details are secured by the payment service providers – the owners of Dotpay.pl and Paypal. 6. Registration, login and order pages are secured using encrypted connection (the SSL protocol). |
